In today’s news, the phrase “sandwich generation” is used to describe those individuals who are raising their own children and providing care for an aging parent or loved one.      To meet the need for occasional temporary care, our facilities offer a Respite Care Program designed specifically for short-term stays. The program is ideal for caregivers seeking temporary care for a loved one while they vacation, travel or attend to business.      Each of our facilities provides a hotel-style suite complete with television, VCR and telephone, and participants receive the same five-star care that is provided to our long-term residents. In addition, individuals are welcome to choose their own entrée selections and take part in a variety of facility activities and therapy programs.
