Melissa Graziano, PT, Director of Rehabilitation
Melissa Graziano, PT, is the Director of Rehabilitative Services for The McGuire Group’s five Western New York facilities. In this capacity, she is responsible for directing the overall services of the rehabilitation departments including coordinating and supervising operations within the departments; maintaining performance improvement activities; developing and implementing systems; and ensuring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols. Melissa’s experience is enhanced by the numerous roles she has held within the company including as a staff Physical Therapist at Autumn View; Director of Rehabilitation at Seneca; and Director of Rehabilitation and Assistant Administrator of Rehabilitation at Garden Gate. She holds a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy from the University at Buffalo.
