As an LPN charge nurse, Mrs. Kaczmarek is responsible for overseeing the care of the geriatric residents on the unit as well as a number of the subacute rehabilitation patients. She also provides supervision to the certified nursing assistants working on the unit. She began her career as a certified nursing assistant at Autumn View when it first opened in the early 1980s. She earned her LPN degree and worked for several years as a medical—surgical nurse at ECMC before returning to Autumn View to continue her career in geriatric nursing.
Mrs. Kaczmarek is a graduate Frontier Central High School and Erie I BOCES LPN program. She resides with her husband Michael and has two children: Michael (Kelly) and Daniel both of Buffalo. She also has one granddaughter.
