The McGuire Group’s Seneca Health Care Center in West Seneca is pleased to announce that Kristine Anderson, RN, BSN, RAC celebrated her 30-year anniversary with the company.
As the director of nursing, Anderson is responsible for the oversight of all nursing staff as well as implementation of nursing practices and care routines. In addition, she monitors and upholds compliance with federal and state regulations, standards of care and quality measures.
Anderson has been employed with the organization for 30 years and has held roles at several of its Western New York facilities. She began her career as a certified nursing assistant at Autumn View Health Care Facility in Hamburg where she also served as a team leader, unit coordinator, MDS coordinator, MDS associate, assistant director of nursing and director of education. She has worked at Garden Gate Health Care Facility in Cheektowaga as the director of nursing and at Seneca Health Care Center as the assistant director of nursing.
Mrs. Anderson earned an associate degree from Erie Community College and a bachelor of science in nursing from American Sentinal University. She is a member of Hamburg Moose and AANAC, American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, hiking and traveling with her husband Marty and their rescue dog Rex.
