The McGuire Group, operator of six health care facilities in New York State, is pleased to announce that Susan Mann, RN, of Tonawanda celebrated her 5-year employment anniversary with the company.
As the coordinator of The McGuire Group’s nurse aide training program, Mann serves as a primary instructor while developing, revising and coordinating the training program for the advancement of the students and their education.
In addition to her five years of current service, Mann had previously worked for the company for more than 12 years at Northgate Health Care Facility in North Tonawanda and Harris Hill Nursing Facility in Williamsville. She has held roles as a certified nursing assistant, staff nurse, associate director of quality & education, unit coordinator, associate director for subacute care and associate director for resident care.
Mann holds an associate degree in nursing from Erie Community College. She has a daughter Nina (Ishmael) Sprowal of Tonawanda, a grandson Ishmael James and is expecting a granddaughter Lena in March of 2020.
